Responsibilities
Oversee HR Regulatory Affairs:
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Manage HR Information Systems:
Oversee SAP Success Factors, ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.
Supervise Payroll & Benefits Administration:
Ensure timely and accurate processing.
Oversee Employee Affairs:
Address employee concerns and maintain a positive work environment.
Support HR Business Partners:
Act as the “back-office” for HR Business Partners across all business units, providing necessary support and resources.
Ensure Checks and Balances:
Complement HR Business Partners’ activities with proper controls.
Foster
Collaboration:
Build and maintain collaborative relationships with business units to understand and meet their specific needs.
Customer Orientation:
Maintain a customer-oriented approach, ensuring satisfaction for both business units and employees.
Enhance Employee Experience (EX):
Develop and implement strategies to improve the Employee Experience.
Lead Automation Initiatives:
Drive initiatives to automate and digitize HR processes, improving efficiency and accuracy.
Stay Updated:
Keep abreast of the latest technological advancements and implement best practices.
Qualifications
Minimum of 15 years of work experience in HR or related fields.
Proven experience in managing shared services in a complex organization with multiple stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge of HR Regulatory Affairs, HR Information Systems (SAP Success Factors), Payroll & Benefits, and Employee Affairs.
Strong passion for the Employee Experience (EX) and a commitment to automation and digitization.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to balance control functions and customer satisfaction.
