Head of Procurement Jobs in Doha, Qatar at People Dynamics
NOTE:
Candidates who are working in the Marine Industry and who are locally based out of Qatar will be considered.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
Experience:
10-12 years in Procurement, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of automated procurement systems, Office and web applications.
Strong knowledge of local and international procurement and maritime laws and procedures.
Strong knowledge of procurement and maritime procurement techniques, procedures, and policies.
Strong knowledge of analyzing and planning optimal sourcing and procurement strategies.
Strong knowledge and application of measuring & evaluating performance of suppliers and vendors.
Behavioural Skills:
Business fluent in English.
