1. Service Delivery & Operations
- Manage daily bus service operations, ensuring adherence to schedules and service reliability
- Monitor on-time performance and customer satisfaction metrics
- Coordinate service disruptions, contingency plans, and emergency response activities
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and implement improvements
2. Engineering & Maintenance Oversight
- Provide technical leadership for fleet engineering and maintenance programs
- Oversee maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems
- Ensure optimal asset utilization and lifecycle management
- Conduct audits, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
3. Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop engineers and technical staff
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Design and implement training programs to enhance technical and leadership capabilities
- Promote employee engagement and effective communication
4. Customer Service & Quality Assurance
- Ensure high standards of customer service and timely resolution of complaints
- Implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor service quality through surveys and feedback analysis
- Drive continuous improvements based on customer insights
5. Strategic Planning & Compliance
- Develop and manage budgets for engineering and maintenance functions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and environmental standards
- Implement risk mitigation, business continuity, and disaster recovery plans
- Support long-term operational and strategic planning initiatives
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR20,000.00 – QAR22,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Service Manager: 10 years (Preferred)
