Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Awal (KBZA) School is currently seeking to recruit a high-performing Head of Primary to join the team.
The successful candidate should have:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Education or in the related field (with specialization in the assigned area of responsibility).
Master’s Degree in Education (with specialization in the related field or in Leadership) is preferred.
Degree in Education (with specialization in the related field or in Leadership) is preferred – Specialization Certificate related to the field.
Teacher License (Full), Teacher training certification or qualification (must be obtained within first 12 months).
Leadership License (Full), certification or qualification (must be obtained within first 12 months).
5+ years of teaching experience in the related area.
5+ years of middle management academic experience in the following:
Supervisory experience related to managing complex business development.
Strategic planning and execution, and performance improvement.
Demonstrated track record overseeing business development and contributions to organization revenue and growth.
In collecting and analysing performance data and designing and preparing a range of performance reports, such as dashboards.
Experience working with parents and/or other external agencies.
Experience of leading school initiatives that have led to improvement in standards and achievement.
Previous experience in the Gulf region in Education Sector is preferred.
Reporting to high level management including the principal.
