Experience :
Minimum 1 Year UAE Healthcare Related Experience Required.
Key Responsibilities:
– Greet and welcome clients and patients as they arrive at the clinic, ensuring a warm and friendly environment.
– Priority for Candidate with Spouse Visa.
– Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, appointments, and pricing.
– Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s calendar using our scheduling software.
– – Maintain clients records and ensure confidentiality.
– Handle billing and payment processing.
– Assist with the management of office supplies and clinic inventory.
– Support the clinic staff in administrative tasks as needed.
– Ensure the reception area and waiting room are organized and presentable at all times.
– Maintain effective communication between patients and therapists.
– Participate in team meetings and contribute to improving clinic operations.
-Performing any other duties required from you, that falls with in your capacity.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
