Responsibilities :
Lead full-stack observability & cloud monitoring by driving the development and implementation of observability strategies, focusing on infrastructure, APM, network, and security monitoring.
Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, ensuring effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Spearhead automation initiatives and integrate AI-driven monitoring solutions to enhance incident management and continuous system improvement.
Manage large-scale monitoring platforms, ensuring seamless integration with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and automation tools.
Minimum Requirements :
Minimum of 10 years in IT operations or cloud monitoring, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong hands-on experience with observability tools, cloud platforms, and automation / scripting technologies.
Proven ability to manage high-pressure situations and lead complex monitoring implementations.
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
