Role Description
The Head of Marketing role is a full-time, based in the United Arab Emirates. The Head of Marketing will develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for PEEYESYEM H K Investment, aligning brand, product, and communication plans with business objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading market planning activities, managing campaigns across channels, and overseeing branding, digital, and offline marketing initiatives. The role will supervise and mentor the marketing team, coordinate with sales and investment teams, and manage external agencies and partners. The Head of Marketing will also monitor market trends, analyze performance data, optimize budgets, and provide regular reporting and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Market Planning and Marketing Management, with a track record of building and executing integrated marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in Market Research, including competitor analysis, customer insights, and data-driven decision making.
- Experience collaborating closely with Sales teams to support lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue objectives.
- Public Relations expertise, including media relations, corporate communications, and reputation management.
- Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, ideally within diversified business groups.
- Ability to lead, coach, and develop diverse teams in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Strong analytical, budgeting, and reporting skills, with proficiency in marketing analytics and CRM tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional regional languages are an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; a relevant master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED15,000.00 per month
