The Impact You’ll Make (Key Responsibilities)
You won’t just be managing a pipeline; you’ll be driving the technical conversation. In this role, you will:
Drive Revenue: Proactively hunt and secure new business opportunities for fire protection system installations and high-value Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) across the UAE.
Bridge the Gap: Act as the vital link between our top-tier engineering capabilities and client needs, translating complex technical specs into clear, value-driven solutions.
Own the Cycle: Manage the entire sales pipeline from lead generation, site surveys, and estimation, up to final contract negotiation and closure.
Nurture Relationships: Build deep, trusted relationships with consultants, MEP contractors, property managers, and facility owners to ensure we are their first choice.
Stay Ahead: Keep a pulse on local market trends, competitor movements, and updating Civil Defence regulations to keep our offerings competitive.
Who You Are (Requirements)
We are looking for a hybrid professional—someone with the technical DNA of an engineer and the closing instincts of a seasoned salesperson.
The Track Record: A proven history of B2B sales success specifically within the UAE Fire
Protection industry (experience with fire alarm, firefighting, and emergency lighting systems is essential).
The Network: Existing connections with UAE consultants, contractors, and facility management companies.
The Technical Edge: A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic preferred) with a strong grasp of UAE Fire and Life Safety Codes.
The Closer Mindset: Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. You know how to command a room and handle objections smoothly.
The Mobility: A valid UAE Driving License is non-negotiable for this role, as you’ll be out
meeting clients across the Emirates.
