Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies and plans for all properties to ensure safety, functionality, and regulatory compliance.
– Lead, mentor, and manage the maintenance team, including contractors and vendors, ensuring high performance and quality standards.
– Coordinate and oversee routine maintenance, preventative maintenance, repairs, and emergency response activities effectively and efficiently.
– Manage budget preparation, control expenses related to maintenance activities, and negotiate contracts with service providers.
– Collaborate with other departments such as property management and leasing to support overall business objectives and enhance tenant satisfaction.
– Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all maintenance operations.
