Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly creative Head of Interior Design to lead the design function across luxury hospitality, residential, and commercial projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing innovative design concepts, leading multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring all projects meet the highest standards of quality, functionality, and brand identity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop innovative interior design concepts, mood boards, and design presentations.
* Prepare space planning layouts, concept designs, and client presentations.
* Produce detailed drawings, specifications, material schedules, and construction documentation.
* Select finishes, furniture, lighting, fabrics, artwork, and accessories in line with project requirements.
* Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, consultants, contractors, and project teams throughout all project phases.
* Prepare high-quality 3D visualizations and presentation materials.
* Develop FF&E specifications, procurement packages, and material schedules.
* Conduct design reviews to ensure compliance with brand standards, project objectives, and quality requirements.
* Stay up to date with global design trends, innovative materials, and hospitality design concepts.
* Present design concepts and project updates to clients, consultants, and senior management.
