What You Can Actually Earn
You earn 2.5% of the company’s net profit on every deal you put under contract. In real numbers:
- Company makes US$40,000 → you earn US$1,000
- Company makes US$100,000 → you earn US$2,500
Once your total commission earnings pass US$6,000, your rate moves to 1% of net profit on every deal going forward.
Your Income Reflects Your Effort
- A basic closer closes around 5 deals a month.
- A serious closer — one who follows up, stays consistent, and treats this like their own business — closes 10–15+ deals a month.
- Top closers close 20+ deals a month.
The gap between average and elite here isn’t luck — it’s follow-up, consistency, and hunger. And after 3 months, your commission can increase based on your performance, consistency, attitude, and results.
