The role is “Head of Section – for Owner Communities” – Working within the Facilities Management operation of the organization, your main responsibility is to develop and promote the services of residential, commercial and mixed-use compounds. Scope of work covers maintenance and equipment of the common parts and public facilities within the main compounds. You will also work closely with the governments master plan to find proper and investment-attractive environmental opportunities.
Responsibilities
To ensure effective monitoring of all FM related activities
Managing the team monitoring the control and delivery of owner committees and building management companies under their control
Review payment requests of compound and facility management companies according in line with contracts and the law
Deliver project operational plans and follow-up with partners according to timetables and deliverables. Submit balances for approval
Track and revise policies and practices in line with any relevant changes in regulations and laws
Work on switching services to be fully electronic
Qualifications & Knowledge
Bachelors / Business / Engineering
Arabic Speaking – Essential
5-10 years
Facilities Management (FM) policy and services governance
Experienced dealing with external stakeholders – Government Regulators – Municipality Departments – Developers – Resident Committees, Banks, Institutions etc.
