Head of Digital Delivery

Role Summary:

The Head of Digital Delivery will lead the execution of the bank’s digital transformation initiatives, ensuring the successful delivery of customer-centric digital products, platforms, and services while maintaining compliance with regulatory and Shariah requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital banking initiatives, including mobile banking, internet banking, digital onboarding, payments, and customer experience transformation programs.
• Drive Agile delivery practices and oversee cross-functional teams comprising business, product, technology, and operations stakeholders.
• Develop and execute digital delivery roadmaps aligned with the bank’s strategic objectives and digital transformation agenda.
• Establish robust governance, risk, and delivery frameworks to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Collaborate with business leaders, technology teams, and external partners to drive innovation and accelerate digital capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with UAE banking regulations, cybersecurity standards, and Islamic banking principles across all digital initiatives.
• Monitor delivery performance, manage risks and dependencies, and provide regular progress updates to senior management and executive stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 12+ years of experience in digital delivery, technology transformation, or program management within banking or financial services.
• Strong expertise in Agile delivery, digital banking platforms, and large-scale transformation programs.
• Proven leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and complex stakeholder environments.
• PMP, Agile, Scrum, or SAFe certifications are preferred.
