Job Title: Emergency Room (ER) Nurse
Location: Naoero Medical Centre, Republic of Naoero
Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced and dedicated Emergency Room (ER) Nurses to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses who are passionate about delivering high-quality emergency care in a dynamic and multicultural healthcare environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and effective nursing care to patients presenting with emergency and trauma conditions.
- Perform rapid patient assessment and triage according to clinical priorities.
- Monitor, assess, and document patients’ conditions accurately.
- Administer medications, IV therapy, blood products, and emergency treatments as prescribed.
- Assist physicians during emergency procedures, trauma management, and resuscitation.
- Operate emergency medical equipment, including cardiac monitors, defibrillators, and ventilators.
- Respond efficiently to medical emergencies and cardiac arrest situations.
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records.
- Adhere to infection prevention and control policies.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in your home country.
- Minimum 3-5 years of recent Emergency Room (ER) nursing experience in an acute care hospital.
- Current BLS & ACLS certification.
- PALS and TNCC certifications are an advantage.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and emergency response skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to relocate to the Republic of Nauru.
