Responsibilities
* Lead kitchen operations and manage full team
* Ensure authentic taste, quality, and presentation
* Develop menu items and improve recipes
* Control food cost, inventory, and wastage
* Maintain hygiene as per Dubai Municipality standards
* Handle high-volume service efficiently
Requirements
* 3+ years experience in Pakistani cuisine
* Strong in Biryani, Karahi, BBQ, Tandoor
* Leadership and team management skills
* Knowledge of food safety and costing
