Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Relationship Officer to join our banking sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, promoting credit card products, and building strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads for credit card sales through various channels
- Meet potential customers and explain credit card features and benefits
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with banking policies
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the UAE (banking/financial sector preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree (Graduation is mandatory)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
