Job Title: Head Butcher
Be Healthy Restaurant is looking for an experienced Head Butcher to join our team in Dubai.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in butchery, meat preparation, and portioning.
- Strong knowledge of meat cuts, trimming, marination, and storage standards.
- Ability to lead and supervise the butchery team.
- Ensure accurate portion control, quality, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Follow company recipes, SOPs, and wastage control procedures.
- Experience in restaurant or central kitchen operations is preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage daily production.
