Salary: AED 10,000 – 12,000 per month (Based on qualifications and experience)
About the Company
We are a leading Dubai-based building contractor specializing in the construction of high-end luxury villas, commercial warehouses, industrial facilities, and residential/commercial buildings up to G+12. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our growing team and contribute to the successful delivery of quality construction projects across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise construction activities on-site to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and government authorities.
- Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Monitor construction progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Ensure compliance with UAE building regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Plan manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractor activities effectively.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and construction-related issues.
- Monitor project schedules and assist in achieving project milestones.
- Manage material approvals, inspections, and work inspections with consultants.
- Assist in project cost control, variation management, and procurement activities.
- Ensure proper documentation, record keeping, and project correspondence.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years UAE construction experience (10+ years preferred).
Proven experience in:
- Luxury residential villa construction.
- Commercial building projects.
- Warehouse and industrial facility construction.
- Multi-storey building projects up to G+12.
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices, authority requirements, and project execution procedures.
- Ability to independently manage site operations and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management/reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 10+ years of UAE construction experience.
- Experience working with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, DEWA, and other UAE authorities.
- Experience in project planning and cost control.
- Membership in professional engineering organizations is an advantage.
Pay: AED10,000.00 – AED12,000.00 per month
