Job Description:
? Lead daily bar operations by ensuring exceptional beverage quality, efficient service, inventory control, and full compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
? Create, innovate, and maintain signature cocktail menus while driving beverage sales through upselling, promotions, and guest engagement.
? Supervise, train, and motivate the bar team, ensuring consistent service standards, product knowledge, and operational excellence.
? Monitor stock levels, control beverage costs, manage supplier coordination, and ensure accurate cash handling, reporting, and bar profitability
