Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the complete 360-degree marketing function for our group of companies, with the primary focus on our Interior Fit-Out business. The role will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, generate qualified leads, strengthen client relationships, and support business growth across all business units.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in the UAE construction, interior fit-out, architecture, or real estate sector and possess strong expertise in both traditional and digital marketing.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Marketing

  • Develop and execute the annual group marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Create comprehensive marketing plans for the Interior Fit-Out division and other group companies.
  • Build and strengthen brand positioning within the UAE and GCC markets.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop marketing budgets and monitor ROI across all campaigns.

Brand Management

  • Maintain and strengthen the corporate identity across all companies.
  • Ensure consistency in branding across digital and offline channels.
  • Manage brand guidelines, messaging, visual identity, and communication standards.
  • Position the company as a market leader in interior fit-out and turnkey solutions.

Digital Marketing

Lead all digital marketing activities, including:

  • Website management and optimization
  • SEO and SEM
  • Google Ads campaigns
  • Social media strategy and management
  • LinkedIn marketing
  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising
  • Email marketing campaigns
  • Content marketing
  • Marketing automation
  • Lead generation campaigns
  • Online reputation management

Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and CRM reporting tools.

Content & Creative Management

  • Develop high-quality marketing content including:
  • Company profiles
  • Project presentations
  • Case studies
  • Brochures
  • Corporate videos
  • Photography
  • Project stories
  • Blogs
  • Newsletters
  • Sales collateral
  • Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and content creators.
  • Ensure all creative materials align with the company’s brand identity.

Lead Generation & Business Development Support

  • Generate qualified B2B leads for the sales team.
  • Develop campaigns targeting:
  • Corporate offices
  • Hospitality
  • Retail
  • Healthcare
  • Educational institutions
  • Government projects
  • Luxury residential developments
  • Support the business development team with marketing materials, presentations, and proposals.
  • Track marketing-generated leads and conversion rates.

Tender & Proposal Marketing

  • Prepare compelling company profiles and capability statements.
  • Develop project portfolios and bid presentation materials.
  • Assist with prequalification submissions and tender documentation from a marketing perspective.
  • Create impactful client presentations and pitch decks.

Public Relations & Communications

  • Build relationships with media, industry associations, consultants, architects, and developers.
  • Coordinate press releases, interviews, and company announcements.
  • Manage crisis communication when required.
  • Identify speaking opportunities, awards, and industry recognitions.

Events & Exhibitions

Plan and manage:

  • Trade exhibitions
  • Industry conferences
  • Networking events
  • Product launches
  • Client appreciation events
  • Corporate events
  • Site visits
  • Awards participation

Coordinate all event branding, logistics, promotional materials, and post-event reporting.

Social Media Management

Manage and grow the company’s presence on:

  • LinkedIn
  • Instagram
  • Facebook
  • YouTube
  • TikTok (where applicable)

Develop monthly content calendars, campaign strategies, project showcases, employee branding initiatives, and client success stories.

Website Management

  • Manage all company websites.
  • Regularly update completed projects and portfolios.
  • Optimize website performance and user experience.
  • Improve SEO rankings and organic traffic.
  • Coordinate website redesigns and landing page development.

Marketing Analytics & Reporting

  • Establish KPIs and dashboards for all marketing activities.
  • Measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Monitor website traffic, engagement, lead quality, and conversion rates.
  • Present monthly marketing performance reports to senior management.

Team & Vendor Management

  • Lead and mentor the marketing team.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, printers, media partners, photographers, and digital marketing vendors.
  • Manage marketing budgets and procurement.
  • Ensure timely execution of all marketing initiatives.

Pay: AED6,000.00 – AED8,000.00 per month
