Position Summary
The Head – AI Training & Curriculum will lead the design, development, and delivery of Generative
AI learning solutions for schools, corporate organizations, universities, government entities, and
professionals.
This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery. You will oversee curriculum
development, training delivery, trainer recruitment and development, quality assurance, and clientspecific
learning solutions while ensuring every programme reflects the high standards of E.A.S.E
AI.
Key Responsibilities
Training Leadership
• Lead the successful delivery of Generative AI training programmes for schools, corporates,
universities, government organizations, and professional learners.
• Deliver engaging onsite workshops, certification programmes, seminars, and executive
learning sessions.
• Travel within Bahrain and internationally to conduct training programmes whenever
required.
Curriculum & Programme Development
• Design customized AI courses and learning pathways based on client requirements and
organizational objectives.
• Develop and continuously improve training materials, practical exercises, assessments,
case studies, and learner resources.
• Ensure all programmes remain current with the latest developments in Generative AI
technologies and industry’s best practices.
Trainer Development & Quality Assurance
• Identify, interview, recruit, and onboard AI trainers as the organisation grows.
• Train, mentor, coach, and evaluate trainers to ensure consistent delivery standards.
• Establish teaching methodologies, quality benchmarks, trainer guidelines, and
performance evaluation systems.
• Monitor trainer performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Business & Client Engagement
• Work closely with the Business Development team to understand client needs and propose
appropriate learning solutions.
• Participate in client meetings, demonstrations, workshops, and strategic presentations
whenever required.
• Build long-term relationships with educational institutions, corporate clients, and strategic
partners.
Innovation & Growth
• Continuously research emerging AI tools and technologies and recommend their
integration into E.A.S.E AI programmes.
• Contribute to the growth strategy of the AI division by identifying new training opportunities,
products, and services.
• Represent E.A.S.E AI as a thought leader and ambassador for AI education.
