Job Description:
§ To inspect, clean, maintain and repair all HVAC installation and system.
§ To maintain and repair all major air-handling units for correct function and performance, cleanliness of filters, drive belt tension and lubrication of bearings.
§ To maintain and repair all heat pumping installation and ancillary equipment.
§ To carry out scheduled preventive maintenance tasks on all HVAC equipment in accordance with the schedule.
