Job Description – Hair Transplant Surgeon

Reports To: Clinic Manager
Role Objective
The Hair Transplant Surgeon is responsible for performing advanced hair restoration procedures, including consultation, diagnosis, treatment planning, and surgical hair transplant procedures, ensuring high standards of patient safety, aesthetic outcomes, and clinical excellence. The role focuses on delivering personalized treatment solutions while maintaining compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and medical ethics.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient consultations, scalp assessments, and suitability evaluations for hair restoration procedures.
- Diagnose hair loss conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Perform hair transplant surgeries including FUE, FUT, and other advanced techniques as applicable.
- Supervise pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative patient care.
- Ensure accurate medical documentation, patient consent, and treatment records.
- Guide and supervise nursing and technical staff involved in hair transplant procedures.
- Monitor patient recovery and provide follow-up consultations for optimal outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with DOH/DHA/MOH regulations, infection control, and clinical governance standards.
- Stay updated on latest advancements in hair restoration technologies and surgical methods.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) with specialization in Dermatology, Cosmetic Surgery, Plastic Surgery, or related field.
- Valid UAE medical license (DOH / DHA / MOH) with privileges to perform hair transplant procedures.
- Proven experience in performing hair transplant surgeries with successful case outcomes.
- Strong expertise in FUE/FUT techniques and aesthetic hairline design.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant hair transplant clinical experience preferred.
