Workspace Consultant (UAE Business Center Experience Required) Jobs in Dubai at 3S group
We’re hiring a Workspace Consultant / Business Center Consultant with proven experience in the UAE’s flexible workspace industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and occupancy for serviced offices, coworking spaces, virtual offices, and meeting rooms.
- Generate new business through lead generation, networking, referrals, and corporate partnerships.
- Conduct client consultations, office tours, and negotiate leasing agreements.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM records.
- Achieve monthly sales and occupancy targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of UAE Business Center / Serviced Office / Coworking / Flexible Workspace experience (Mandatory).
- Proven track record in workspace leasing and B2B sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Good knowledge of the UAE commercial real estate and flexible workspace market.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Pay: AED8,000.00 – AED12,000.00 per month
