Role Objective
To provide professional hair extension services in alignment with the salon’s luxury standards, specializing in keratin hair extensions and all advanced hair extension techniques while delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and professionalism.
Detailed role and responsibilities
- Perform professional consultations to assess clients’ hair type and recommend the most suitable hair extension method.
- Apply all types of advanced hair extensions, including:
‘ – Keratin (Fusion) Hair Extensions
‘ – Tape-In Hair Extensions
‘ – Nano Ring Hair Extensions
- Specialize in keratin hair extension application and advanced installation techniques.
- Safely remove all types of hair extensions without causing damage to the client’s natural hair.
- Blend, trim, and style hair extensions to achieve a seamless and natural finish.
- Perform basic blow-dry and finishing services after hair extension application or removal.
- Educate clients on the proper home care and maintenance of hair extensions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, sterilization, and infection control.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation.
- Ensure all products are properly stored, labeled, and used according to salon standards.
- Conduct regular stock counts, report low inventory, and submit timely reorder requests to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Assist in promoting salon retail products and additional beauty services.
- Adapt to service updates and operational changes as directed by management.
Qualifications : Hair Extension certification from a recognized beauty institution.
Experience : Minimum 3 years of experience in a high-end salon.
Pay: From QAR1.00 per month
