Job Description
Fairfield Real Estate is looking for a creative and experienced Photographer & Videographer Specialist to produce high-quality visual content for our properties, social media, website and digital marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate should be more than a photographer/videographer. You must have strong experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing and website management, with the ability to turn property listings into engaging content that generates enquiries and leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Photograph and film residential and commercial properties, including apartments, villas, buildings and communities.
- Produce professional property photography, walkthrough videos, Reels, TikToks, promotional videos and social media content.
- Edit photos and videos to a professional standard for different digital platforms.
- Create engaging short-form content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Manage and maintain company social media accounts and content calendars.
- Develop creative content ideas based on Dubai real estate trends and audience behaviour.
- Create property marketing materials, social media creatives, flyers and advertisements.
- Manage and update the company’s WordPress website, landing pages and property content.
- Work with Elementor/Houzez or similar WordPress systems.
- Support basic SEO and digital marketing activities.
- Assist with Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns and prepare marketing creatives.
- Optimize property content for Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle and other platforms.
- Monitor social media and digital marketing performance.
- Work closely with the sales team to create content that generates qualified leads.
- Maintain and organize photography, video and marketing files and equipment.

Real Estate Experience
Experience in Dubai/UAE real estate photography, videography or marketing is preferred.
Knowledge of Dubai communities, property sales and rentals, off-plan projects, property portals and real estate marketing will be an advantage.
Requirements
- 2+ years of photography/videography or relevant media experience preferred.
- Strong portfolio of photography and video work.
- Experience creating content specifically for social media.
- Experience managing social media accounts.
- Practical experience with WordPress and website management.
- Understanding of digital marketing and lead generation.
- Creative, proactive and self-motivated.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Willing to work on-site in Dubai.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
