Job Title: Fit Out Draughtsman

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Fit Out Draughtsman to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in preparing technical drawings, shop drawings, and as-built plans for fit-out projects, including commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality sectors. The role requires proficiency in CAD software, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with project managers and site teams to ensure accurate execution of designs.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed shop drawings, layouts, and as-built drawings based on project requirements.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, and site engineers to ensure drawings align with project specifications.
Revise and update drawings as per client and consultant feedback.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, standards, and company guidelines.
Assist in material take-offs and quantity estimations based on drawings.
Maintain organized records of all drawings and related documentation.
Conduct site visits to verify measurements and ensure accuracy of drawings.
Requirements:
Experience: 6-10 years of experience in fit-out drafting within the UAE, preferably in Dubai.
Education: Diploma or certification in Drafting, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
Strong knowledge of joinery, MEP coordination, and interior fit-out detailing.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and client requirements.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Familiarity with UAE construction regulations and fit-out standards.
