We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Guest Relations Officer to ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing personalized service, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate guest records and follow up on feedback.
- Uphold company service standards and ensure a positive guest experience.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, or Customer Service.
- Must be locally available in Qatar with a valid QID.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: QAR3,500.00 – QAR3,800.00 per month
