We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our team on a part-time basis in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, be fluent in Arabic , and hold a valid own visa.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist customers with banking and trade finance-related processes.
- Manage customer documentation and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Resolve customer issues and provide timely follow-up.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Arabic
- Own visa is mandatory.
- Previous experience in Customer Service or Trade Finance/Banking is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Good knowledge of banking operations and documentation is an advantage.
Pay: AED1,500.00 – AED2,000.00 per month
