Site Engineer – Aluminium & Glass Facade
Location: DIP 2, Dubai, UAE
Job Summary
Team Spirit Facade LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Engineer with proven UAE experience in the aluminium and glass façade industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating with clients and consultants, ensuring quality workmanship, and delivering projects safely and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise installation of aluminium façade systems, curtain walls, glazing, ACP cladding, windows, doors, and related works.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily site activities to ensure timely project completion.
- Interpret shop drawings and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and project specifications.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Consultants, Main Contractors, and Subcontractors.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards and project requirements.
- Resolve technical issues and provide practical site solutions.
- Ensure adherence to UAE HSE regulations and company safety policies.
- Coordinate material deliveries and manpower allocation.
- Attend site meetings and follow up on consultant/client comments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 2-4 years of UAE experience in aluminium and glass façade projects.
- Strong knowledge of curtain wall, glazing, ACP cladding, aluminium doors & windows, and façade installation.
- Ability to read and interpret technical/shop drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
- UAE Driving Licence is must.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
