A guest relations agent builds and preserves trusting relationships with our customers. You should also be reliable and customer-oriented, as you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for our customers visiting the showroom. A guest relations agent offers exceptional customer service by understanding requirements and directing guests to the right sales agent for further inquiries.
Ensure that visiting customers turn into potential clients through effective customer engagement and relationship-building skills. To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, able to work with sales and marketing teams and build rapport with customers.
We also expect you to be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any relevant field.
1 year of proven experience in customer support and/or guest relations.
Skills and Qualification
Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of clients. Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices.
Fluency is English communication (written and verbal).
Interpersonal and presentation skills. Positive Attitude.
Outgoing and pleasing personality.
Bilingual – English and Arabic (preferred).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
