Call Center Agent- Banking Sector (English & Arabic)
Job Description:
We are seeking a bilingual Call Center Agent (English/Arabic) to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in both spoken and written Arabic and English and a customer-focused approach.
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and chat inquiries professionally.
Provide accurate information and assist customers with their concerns.
Follow up on open cases and ensure timely resolution.
Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department when required.
Work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as part of a 24/7 operation.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of call center experience (preferably in the banking sector).
Fluency in English and Arabic (both spoken and written).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
Candidates available for immediate joining will be given preference.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,500.00 per month
