Key job responsibilities
Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing.
Analyze and implement corrective actions to ensure high quality and productivity levels, and meet business objectives across all shifts.
Support and lead a team, handle administrative work, and foster a strong team culture.
Analyze performance data and suggest process improvements to optimize work and enhance customer service.
Collaborate with other managers to standardize shift processes.
A day in the life
You’ll work shifts at one of our operational sites, focusing on maintaining safety standards and process efficiency. Your daily routine will include managing your team, addressing escalations, working on process improvements, and contingency planning. You will also collaborate with colleagues and external partners to meet customer demands, analyzing data and discussing technical improvements with engineers.
About The Team
Amazon Ultra Fast Grocery (UFG) operations seeks an experienced Operations Lead with a strong record of results. You will join a team that redefines fast delivery, helps build and run this new service, and oversee third-party store operations.
Basic Qualifications
University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s), completed before start date.
Proficiency in written and verbal English and the local language.
Relevant experience in data analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience communicating with stakeholders at all levels, including peers and leadership.
Experience in a logistics environment.
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
