* Manage end-to-end committee and meeting processes, including agendas, packs, and governance documentation.
* Attend meetings, record minutes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-ups and closure.
* Coordinate resolution circulation and maintain accurate records of decisions.
* Maintain committee calendars, annual schedules, and governance timelines.
* Act as a key liaison between committees, senior management, and internal stakeholders.
* Ensure submissions are complete, accurate, and aligned with governance requirements.
* Handle committee correspondence and respond to internal queries professionally.
* Prepare high-quality reports, minutes, resolutions, and governance materials.
* Support corporate governance framework implementation, audits, and compliance activities.
