We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Team Leader to join our Fire & Safety division. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in the Fire & Safety or MEP industry, with proven leadership skills and the ability to drive sales performance and achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, and MEP systems.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance, training, and support.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis.
- Attend client meetings, negotiations, and technical discussions when required.
- Coordinate with estimation, design, and project teams for smooth execution.
- Ensure timely submission of quotations and follow-ups.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Fire & Safety or MEP sales.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, and MEP systems.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business Administration or related field.
