Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain the accountability matrix and delegation of authority framework, ensuring alignment with shareholder interests.
Collaborate with business areas to identify, analyze, and implement DOA and approval workflows for improved process efficiency.
Provide solutions and support for approval process areas, including workflow logic and condition identification.
Produce reports related to workflow data for continuous process improvement.
Manage communication, training, and rollout of process solutions.
Maintain and update documentation on governance policies, procedures, and processes.
Support the Governance function in maintaining a secure document management system.
Share best practices and contribute to the development of governance systems.
Skills &
Qualifications:
Excellent business process, data analysis, and workflow management skills.
Strong problem-solving, quantitative, and analytical abilities.
Advanced knowledge of governance processes and structures.
Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience:
Minimum 8 years of working experience, with at least 5 years in a relevant role.
Experience in the GCC region is a plus.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Business Administration.
