The Golf Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional service to all members and guests while ensuring smooth daily operations of the golf facility. This position supports all aspects of the golf experience, including tee time management, golf cart operations, range maintenance, merchandising, and customer relations.
- Greet and assist members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ensure all golfers have a positive experience from arrival to departure.
- Manage and monitor tee sheet reservations and check-in procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of play, fees, and rentals.
- Coordinate with the starter and marshal to maintain pace of play.
- Assist with golf tournaments, outings, and special events.
- Prepare, clean, and stage golf carts for daily use.
- Ensure golf carts are properly maintained, charged, and stored.
- Support other departments and perform additional duties as assigned.
