We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HSE Manager to lead and manage health, safety, and environmental practices within our construction projects. Responsibilities:
– Develop, implement, and oversee HSE policies and procedures tailored to construction site requirements.
– Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
– Coordinate safety training programs for all employees and subcontractors to maintain awareness and competence.
– Investigate incidents and accidents, preparing detailed reports and recommending corrective actions.
– Liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure adherence to legal and environmental standards.
– Promote a proactive safety culture by engaging with teams at all levels and encouraging incident reporting and prevention.
– Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics to senior management for continuous improvement.
