We are hiring an experienced Generator Technician / Power Plant Operator to operate and maintain multi-megawatt power plant systems and diesel generators, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
Location: Qatar
Job Type: Full-Time (Shift-Based – 24/7 Operations)
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain multi-megawatt power plant systems
- Troubleshoot and maintain diesel generators
- Configure and manage DSE controllers
- Conduct AC & DC load bank testing
- Read and interpret electrical drawings
- Coordinate with plant operators and teams
- Prepare reports and follow safety procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience
- Qualification in Electro-Mechanical Engineering / Trade
- Experience with Cummins / Iveco / Scania generators
- Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills
- Good English communication skills
- Valid driving license
- This role requires active operation and technical involvement.
