General Supervisor

- Team Management: Recruiting talents, training staff on presentation and sales techniques, and motivating the team to achieve set goals.
- Quality Control and Inventory: Coordinating with designers to ensure the quality of materials and displays, and managing inventory levels to prevent stock shortages.
- Customer Service: Handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure loyalty to the brand.
