Proposal Writer – RFP/RFI for Government & Federal Contracts
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-time, Night Shift (aligned with Los Angeles working hours)
Please note this is an on-site role (not remote) with night shift working hours. Candidates must be in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Proposal Writer – RFP/RFI for Government & Federal Contracts to join our growing team and support U.S.-based government and commercial proposal submissions.
If you have experience preparing RFPs, RFIs, tenders, bids, or proposals and know how to put together a professional submission from start to finish, we’d love to hear from you.
No U.S. federal contracting experience? No problem. We will provide full training on U.S. government requirements and proposal processes.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and manage proposals from initial review through final submission
- Write, edit, and organize proposal content
- Review RFPs, RFIs, tenders, and bid requirements
- Coordinate with our U.S. headquarters team to gather information and documentation
- Ensure proposals are accurate, compliant, and submitted on time
- Conduct competitor and market research to help improve proposal quality and win rates
- Manage multiple proposals and deadlines simultaneously
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of RFP, tender, bid, or proposal writing experience
- Strong English writing and communication skills
- Ability to create proposal submissions independently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Preferred:
- Experience with government, security, construction, facilities management, IT, or professional services proposals
- Experience with U.S. government proposals is an advantage but not required
