Job Description
We are seeking a
dynamic
General Manager Sales to lead sales initiatives within the Premium and Luxury Residential market segment in Dubai.
Job Summary:
The primary responsibility is to develop and expand the business network through channels such as architects, interior designers,
project management
consultants, and builders. Understand ongoing and upcoming projects in targeted locations to capitalize on market opportunities, increase the customer base, and maximize sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Expertise in Consultative Sales:
Engage in consultative selling by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions rather than just promoting products or services.
Deep Product and Solution Knowledge:
Develop comprehensive knowledge of products and solutions.

Focus on meeting
sales targets
by aligning the team with sales goals through regular reviews and motivation.
Team Management:
Clarify vision, roles, and goals; conduct reviews; promote growth; recognize achievements; foster a
transparent
and
supportive environment
; provide guidance and mentorship.
Systems and Processes:
Ensure adherence to established systems; improve processes for operational efficiency; collaborate on CRM, products, and solutions enhancements.
Architect Relationships:
Build and nurture strong relationships with key architects and their teams, crucial for success.
Support in Sales Closure:
Assist teams in closing large deals, including direct
customer engagement
when necessary.
Collaboration
with Other Verticals:
Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Product, CRM, HR, and Training teams to support sales efforts and ensure alignment across departments.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Proven sales
leadership
experience, preferably with reputable companies. Experience in consultative selling to luxury buyers is advantageous.
Existing strong relationships with real estate developers, architects, and designers; successful negotiation and closing of high-value deals.
Exceptional understanding of the luxury market and customer expectations in high-end real estate.
Outstanding
communication
