Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled workers and supervisors in daily activities.
- Load, unload, move, and arrange materials and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, tools, and equipment.
- Support packing, sorting, and storage of materials.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
- Perform basic maintenance and general labor duties as assigned.
- Help with inventory handling and stock organization.
- Report damaged materials or safety concerns to supervisors.
Requirements
- High school education preferred.
- Previous experience as a helper, laborer, or warehouse assistant is an advantage.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Basic communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours when required.
