We are seeking a reliable, hardworking General Helper to support our daily operations. In this role, you will assist skilled tradespeople, manage materials, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and handle various manual tasks as assigned. The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, takes direction well, possesses strong physical stamina, and maintains a sharp focus on safety. ​Key Responsibilities ​Site Preparation & Maintenance: Clear work areas of debris, scrap materials, and hazards to ensure a clean, organized, and safe environment. ​Material Handling: Load, unload, and move supplies, tools, and equipment to the correct locations across the job site or facility. ​Support Skilled Workers: Assist technicians, mechanics, or tradespeople by holding materials, handing over tools, and performing basic prep work. ​Equipment Care: Clean, organize, and properly store tools and machinery after use; report any faulty equipment to the supervisor. ​General Labor: Perform miscellaneous manual tasks as needed, including lifting, sorting, packing, or basic assembly. ​What We Offer (Benefits & Culture) ​Accommodation: Provided by the company. ​Transportation: Provided by the company to and from the worksite. ​Annual Leave: Provided in strict accordance with UAE Labor Law. ​Work Environment: A supportive, professional, and collaborative team environment where safety and teamwork are prioritized.
