We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer with a background in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems design. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant experience in execution of electrical systems for commercial, residential, or industrial buildings.
Responsibilities:
Execution of electrical systems including lighting, power distribution, fire alarm, security, and other related systems for building projects.
Prepare detailed electrical drawings, specifications, and calculations using AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software.
Perform load calculations, voltage drop calculations, and other technical analyses to support design decisions.
Conduct site visits and surveys to assess existing conditions and ensure design feasibility.
Review contractor submittals and respond to RFIs (Requests for Information) during construction phase.
Provide technical support and guidance during construction, commissioning, and occupancy phases of projects.
Stay updated with industry standards, codes, and regulations related to electrical systems design.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
2-3 years of experience in electrical execution .
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.
Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations (NEC, NFPA, etc.).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
