Job Description:
We are looking for reliable and hardworking Cleaners to join our on-demand cleaning service team through the Le Concierge App. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing top-quality cleaning services to clients who book through the mobile application.
Key Responsibilities:
Accept and manage cleaning orders via the Le Concierge App.
Travel to clients’ homes, apartments, or offices based on app bookings.
Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, and laundry (if requested).
Ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained at all times.
Follow specific client instructions as provided in the app.
Maintain polite and professional communication with clients.
Update job status (Start, In Progress, Completed) using the app.
Report any issues or damages found at the client’s location.
Requirements:
Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred.
Ability to use a smartphone and mobile applications.
Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.
Honest, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Friendly and customer-service focused attitude.
Must have a valid UAE ID and visa.
Willingness to travel within Dubai for jobs.
Basic English or Arabic communication skills.
