Key Responsibilities
• Maintaining records of financial transactions by posting and verifying
• Maintaining subsidiary accounts by posting, verifying and allocating transactions
• Record daily financial transactions and post journal entries.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Assist with preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements
• Recording invoice payments from clients
• Recording invoice payments to vendors
• Perform regular vendor and customer account reconciliations
• Reconciling general ledgers, bank & cash statements on regular basis
• Ensuring compliance requirements through company’s internal controls
• Follow up on overdue invoices from clients
• Advising management on compliance needs and deviations
• Maintain records using ERP systems
