Now Hiring: Welding Helper
Location: Qatar
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Welding Helper to support our welding and fabrication team. The successful candidate will assist with welding preparation, material handling, grinding, cutting, and other workshop activities while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Assist welders with the preparation and handling of materials, tools, and equipment.
✔ Perform cleaning, grinding, cutting, and finishing work as instructed.
✔ Support the loading, unloading, lifting, and positioning of metal materials and components.
✔ Assist in measuring, marking, and preparing materials before welding operations.
✔ Maintain welding tools, equipment, and workstations in good condition.
✔ Follow all safety procedures and wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
✔ Keep the work area clean, organized, and free from hazards.
✔ Carry out other related duties assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
✔ Basic knowledge of welding and metal fabrication activities.
✔ Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and workshop equipment safely.
✔ Physically fit and capable of working in an industrial environment.
✔ Previous experience in a fabrication workshop or manufacturing facility is preferred.
✔ Strong teamwork skills and willingness to learn.
✔ Good understanding of workplace safety practices.
