Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FFE) Project Coordinator Jobs in Doha at Real World Consultancy
We are seeking an experienced FFE Project Coordinator to manage procurement activities and coordinate Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FFE) packages for ongoing projects.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate procurement activities in line with project specifications and budgets.
- Obtain quotations, prepare comparison sheets, and support supplier evaluations.
- Monitor purchase orders through to final delivery.
- Coordinate with local and international suppliers.
- Review FFE schedules, BOQs, drawings, and specifications.
- Maintain procurement trackers, cost reports, and project documentation.
- Coordinate production, shipping, customs clearance, inspections, and site deliveries.
- Liaise with project teams, consultants, designers, and contractors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Interior Design, or Architecture.
- 3–5 years of experience in FFE procurement or project coordination.
- Experience in hospitality, luxury residential, or hotel projects.
- Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, BOQs, and FFE documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of furniture manufacturing and international suppliers is preferred.
