Full-Stack Python Developer (In Person – Dubai) Jobs in Dubai, UAE at Avantera Capital
We’re looking for a full-stack software developer/engineer to join us on a hybrid basis in Dubai (2–3 days per week on-site). You’ll build web applications and financial-data integrations, with a strong focus on Python, cloud infrastructure, and brokerage/trading APIs.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using Python
- Build and integrate REST APIs and connect third-party financial APIs
- Work with AWS cloud services, especially S3
- Administer Linux servers and run/maintain database servers on Linux
- Process and integrate financial data reliably and securely
- Use AI coding tools (Claude, Codex) to work efficiently
Requirements:
- Strong Python skills and proven full-stack web development experience
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and REST APIs
- AWS experience, especially S3
- Comfortable administering Linux servers and databases
- Solid understanding of financial data processing and integration
Preferred (an asset):
- Experience with brokerage/financial APIs — Interactive Brokers (IBKR) and Charles Schwab
- DevOps and SSL experience
You must be based in Dubai or able to be on-site there 2–3 days each week.
